July 9, 2017 -- Wimbledon, England

Roger surged into week two at Wimbledon after beating Mischa Zverev in the third round. Having just played the German veteran a couple weeks ago en route to his Halle Championship, the Swiss player swung freely to win the match 7-6 (3), 6-4, 6-4.

With this win, Roger passes WTA star, Serena Williams' record of wins at Wimbledon with 87 match wins at the All England Club.

His next opponent will be Grigor Dimitrov.

"It's important to get through the first week with a good feeling. I didn't get that with the first round walkover, but that saved me energy -- maybe crucial energy, further down the line. I just go one round at a time," said Roger.
